Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting group accounting and audits, advising the IONOS Business IT on tax standards, and continuously developing the Tax Compliance Management System (TCMS) in collaboration with United Internet. The position requires driving continuous improvement in tax processes, developing integration roadmaps for new subsidiaries, and supporting ERP system implementation from a tax perspective. Success in this role demands proven leadership in multi-level corporate tax environments, strong stakeholder management skills (including C-Level communication), and experience managing complex transformation programs.
