Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated QA Engineer to join the Platform Products team, focusing on ensuring the quality and reliability of core products. The successful candidate will work closely with Developers and Product Owners to define testable requirements, acceptance criteria, and the definition of 'done' for new features. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and validating User Stories, creating and maintaining comprehensive QA documentation, test plans, and test cases, and implementing robust test automation processes, including regression and smoke testing. You will be responsible for verifying features against agreed-upon criteria prior to release and managing the communication, prioritization, and reporting of defects. Key qualifications include 5+ years of experience in software testing methodologies, a strong understanding of API, E2E, and automated testing, and proficiency with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana), Linux, and scripting languages (Go, Python, Bash).
