Job Summary

This role is centered on optimizing and standardizing Shared Service Center (SSC) processes across the organization, focusing heavily on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions. The Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing existing workflows, documenting, harmonizing, and redesigning processes to establish standardized Best-Practice target processes, particularly utilizing SAP S/4HANA and IONOS platforms. A key daily task involves defining system requirements to ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA and monitoring process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify and implement optimization measures. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics and demonstrate proven success in standardizing complex financial processes. Comprehensive knowledge of SAP, ideally S/4HANA and INFOR LN, is required.
