Job Summary

This role is critical to the commercial and operational efficiency of the Wastewater Drainage department at Berlin Waterworks. The Head of Operational Business Control will take responsibility for all overarching commercial issues, focusing on developing key performance indicators (KPIs) for resource and asset management, conducting benchmarking, and deriving strategic recommendations. Day-to-day tasks involve creating and monitoring economic and investment plans, overseeing contract controlling, and refining internal cost allocation processes. Success requires a relevant Bachelor's degree, proven leadership ability, and deep expertise in controlling and financial planning. Candidates must be highly proficient in handling large data volumes and utilizing analysis and visualization tools such as SAP, TM1, Bex Analyzer, and Qlik Sense.
