Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level technical support for BALLY WULFF's entertainment electronics, focusing specifically on gaming machines, money changers, and complex network systems. As a key member of the Tech Support team, you will be the first point of contact for customers and field service technicians via phone and written correspondence, analyzing and resolving device and system malfunctions. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting issues, documenting processes using the MS Dynamics NAV ticketing system, recreating test cases for efficient fault resolution, and assisting with the implementation of new system updates. The ideal candidate has a background in electronics, mechatronics, or device repair, enjoys customer interaction, and is proficient with digital tools. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with developers and contribute to the technical documentation of a leading German entertainment electronics company.

Required Skills

Education

Technical or commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Specialist for Vending Machines, Electrician, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, or Technical Merchant), or a relevant degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or Business Informatics)

Experience

  • Professional experience in a technical field (e.g., automated machines, mechatronics, electronics, workshop, or device repair)
  • Routine experience working with digital tools
