Job Summary

This role is perfect for an Electronics Engineer or Computer Scientist with 1-3 years of experience specializing in CAD/EDA environments, particularly within the Cadence framework for IC-driven package design. You will be instrumental in supporting the design community by resolving CAD/EDA issues, monitoring tool releases, and developing solutions to boost efficiency and quality. Key responsibilities include implementing and supporting Digital and Mixed Signal Package design tool flows, methodology, and documentation. The ideal candidate will apply software engineering methods to technical problems, standardize design environments across centers, and possess strong scripting skills (TCL, Python, Ruby, Perl, Shell) and familiarity with issue tracking systems like JIRA and Gitlab. Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are required for effective cross-functional collaboration.
