Job Summary
As a Senior Project Manager for GaN Systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving Infineon's global semiconductor engine. You will lead cross-functional, international teams across Europe, the US, and Asia to manage complex technology and product projects from initial concept to end-of-life. Your daily responsibilities include driving critical decisions, aligning stakeholders, and overseeing project budgets and risk management. This role is unique as it challenges you to refine and lean out existing processes while representing high-stakes projects at the senior board level. You will be at the forefront of Gallium Nitride (GaN) innovation, ensuring that advanced semiconductor technologies are delivered with maximum customer value. The position offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to work within a highly strategic corporate functions team in a globally recognized leader in power systems and IoT.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or a related field; IPMA-C certification is considered a plus.
Experience
- 6+ years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry
- 4+ years of experience in project management of technology, discretes, or multi-chip packaged products
- Proven experience leading global projects and teams across Europe, USA, and Asia
- Experience reporting to Division or Company board level stakeholders

- Must be eligible to meet export control regulations (Canadian Controlled Goods Program); Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance; Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data; Hybrid work model available.
