Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Electrical Maintenance Engineer dedicated to ensuring the technical availability and optimal performance of complex industrial plants and equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the technical supervision, comprehensive maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment. A critical function involves conducting detailed analyses of technically induced plant downtimes, developing effective solution concepts for technical problems, and initiating necessary technical modifications to machinery to continuously optimize operational processes. The Engineer will also be responsible for documenting all work performed and evaluating plant- and area-specific key performance indicators. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification, coupled with professional experience in maintaining technical systems, proficiency with maintenance software and diagnostic tools, and strong coordination skills for project execution while ensuring compliance with relevant norms and safety regulations.
