As a Team Lead for Electrical Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical execution and personnel leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring plant reliability, overseeing power plant processes, and managing fuel and chemical supplies while strictly adhering to regulatory requirements. A significant portion of your role involves mentoring and developing your team through training and qualifications, as well as participating in site audits.
