Job Summary

This role involves the crucial maintenance, expansion, and administration of the city's communication network infrastructure, focusing specifically on pathways, copper, and fiber optic (LWL) cable networks. The Technical Administrator will be responsible for systematically diagnosing and resolving network disruptions using specialized diagnostic systems, coordinating third-party service providers, and managing Third-Level Support during outage resolution. Key daily tasks include planning and expanding the network routes, switching connection paths, and meticulously documenting the physical communication networks using relevant software. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Information Technology or a related field, coupled with at least two years of relevant professional experience in communication or network technology. Candidates must also demonstrate practical knowledge of various communication network types, laying methods, and connection techniques, along with the willingness to perform fieldwork and work outside regular hours.
