Job Summary

The Deutsche Bundesbank is seeking five proactive Data Management Specialists to join the newly established, innovative central unit for external financial market data (EFIDA) in Frankfurt am Main. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing workflows for external financial market data, covering everything from data acquisition to productive usage. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing new data sources, coordinating procurement processes and tenders in collaboration with various internal departments (IT, Legal, Procurement), and optimizing existing data processes to enhance quality and automation. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, or Mathematics, possesses strong knowledge of financial market data provision and maintenance, and has programming skills in statistical software. This position offers a unique opportunity to actively shape a modern data infrastructure and build bank-wide data management transparency within a key institution of the European System of Central Banks.
