Job Summary

This leadership role at the Deutsche Bundesbank involves deputizing for the Head of the IT Platform Management Mainframe department, which oversees 200 employees across multiple locations. You will be responsible for the strategic transformation and future-oriented development of the department, ensuring the reliability of European payment and securities transactions. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Informatics, or Computer Science; alternatively, a Master's degree in another field combined with significant relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in developing and implementing portfolio strategies and managing strategic projects
  • At least 5 years of experience in the strategic support of change processes (if degree is in a non-technical field)
  • Extensive leadership experience in managing large, international teams using both classical and agile methods
  • Proven track record in steering transformation processes within large organizations
  • Experience representing organizational interests in international committees and to executive boards
