Job Summary
This role involves managing and optimizing energy consumption within building facilities, focusing on conceptual development, implementation, and control of energy efficiency measures in building technology, including building automation systems. The Energy Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing external planners, contractors, and service providers, managing tender processes, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. A key financial component of the role includes cost center responsibility for reviewing and approving energy invoices, documenting data, and preparing cost and consumption forecasts. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in environmental, supply, plant, or energy technology, possesses professional experience in energy optimization, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in both German and English.
