This role is perfect for an Electrical Design Engineer who thrives on developing customized hardware solutions for complex process and automation plants. Working closely with clients, you will be responsible for creating detailed circuit diagrams using EPLAN, leveraging innovative macro solutions and Cogineer to design power distribution and process systems. A key part of the job involves selecting and integrating electrical components into automation systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability. You will also manage the crucial interface between EPLAN and PLC software, clarify technical specifications with suppliers, and oversee the acceptance and quality inspection of switchgear at the supplier's location. This position requires strong expertise in EPLAN P8, familiarity with standard switching devices, and foundational knowledge of frequency converters and PLC systems like SIMATIC S7/PCS7, along with professional proficiency in German and good English skills.
