Job Summary

This role is ideal for a scientist passionate about bioanalytical methods who wishes to apply their expertise within a modern, regulated environment. The Bioanalytical Method Developer will be responsible for independently planning and executing the development and validation of bioanalytical methods, focusing primarily on ligand-binding and cell-based assays. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing clinical and preclinical samples, ensuring strict adherence to relevant GxP guidelines, and optimizing existing processes. A key focus is driving efficiency through the automation of analytical methods using laboratory robotics and liquid-handling systems. The successful candidate will also manage GLP/GCP-compliant documentation, coordinate laboratory workflows, and present innovative solutions to the team, contributing significantly to the reliable and precise execution of preclinical and clinical projects.

Required Skills

Education

Completed natural science degree (e.g., Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or comparable)

Experience

  • Foundational experience in the development and establishment of bioanalytical methods (e.g., ELISA, ECL, cell-based assays)
  • Experience working within a regulated environment (GxP)
  • Knowledge of laboratory automation and handling liquid-handling systems (desirable)
