Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing all aspects of a safe, efficient, and well-organized laboratory environment, ensuring the Research & Technology department operates under optimal conditions. The Head of Lab Operations will lead a team of four, setting clear priorities and ensuring continuous operation through proactive capacity planning. Key responsibilities include overseeing the core areas of the dishwashing and media kitchens, maintaining high quality standards, and managing smooth laboratory logistics for chemicals, media, and consumables while adhering to ISO 9001:2015 standards. The ideal candidate brings a scientific-technical background (e.g., BTA, MTA, CTA, or Biology degree), significant experience in lab organization and operational excellence, and initial leadership experience. The position requires strong structuring, prioritization, communication, and a hands-on approach to drive process harmonization and digitization within the lab.
