Job Summary

This role as a Facility Manager focusing on Contract and Technical Building Management in Münster offers a secure, long-term position within the BLB NRW, managing one of Europe's largest real estate portfolios. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for controlling technical framework contract volumes, steering service providers, and leading regular exchange formats. A significant part of the role involves preparing and executing tenders for technical building and facility management services, including bid review, contract implementation, and structured change order management. You will also handle data maintenance within SAP/CAFM systems and manage invoice verification and accounting inquiries for the Münster branch. Key requirements include a completed degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, along with professional experience in technical building or contract management, ideally within the real estate sector.
