Job Summary

This role is for a Data Warehouse Architect passionate about designing and implementing data-driven solutions for the City of Vienna. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and architecture of Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, ETL processes, and Data Marts, primarily utilizing Microsoft SQL Server. Day-to-day tasks involve technical design, developing logical and physical data models, conducting data profiling, and evolving the underlying Enterprise Data Management framework (including automation and CI/CD pipelines). A key part of the role is providing qualified solution consulting to clients, coordinating external service providers, and leading implementation teams to ensure the successful delivery of DWH and BI applications. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible working hours and mobile work options up to 60%.
