Job Summary

This role involves supporting the leadership of the Innovation Lab within DRV Bund IT, focusing on the overall planning and operational steering of service delivery provided by internal and external Innovation Coaches. The expert will be crucial in evaluating, developing, and ensuring the quality of the Innovation Lab's service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include providing methodological sparring to coaches, collaboratively planning professional development measures, and structuring and analyzing performance reporting based on key metrics. The position requires proactive involvement in organizational development and promoting innovative working practices within interdisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates possess a Master's degree in IT or Economics, extensive experience in organizational consulting or change management (e.g., as a Coach or Transformation Consultant), and certification in user-centric innovation methods like Design Thinking or SCRUM.
