Job Summary

This role is centered on leading and coordinating the software subproject within a dynamic technological environment, focusing on connecting talent and technology to deliver solutions for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning and meticulous monitoring of development progress, alongside performing detailed requirements analysis for the software subsystem and aligning these specifications directly with the customer. The coordinator is responsible for defining requirements for specific software components and coordinating these with component owners and relevant specialist departments. A key function is representing the software subproject both internally and externally, ensuring all work products are delivered on time and adhere strictly to the established development process and project plan. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering, and brings initial professional experience in system or software development, preferably within the automotive industry. Excellent proficiency in both German and English is mandatory.
