Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of support requests through a dedicated ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities include accepting, analyzing, and resolving 1st and 2nd level support queries, while escalating complex cases to the 3rd level team. Required Skills

Experience
