Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Hardware Developer focusing on the adaptation, modification, and optimization of electronic components and systems within vehicle transmissions for major automotive OEMs and suppliers. The successful candidate will manage components including wiring harnesses, packaging and connection technology, printed circuit boards (PCBs), sensors, and actuators. Key responsibilities involve planning series production introduction, evaluating component and vehicle testing, and coordinating Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), requiring participation in meetings with international suppliers and customers. The position demands a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, good foundational knowledge in electronic hardware development, and proficiency in relevant EDV systems like SAP R/3 or PLM tools.
