Job Summary

This exciting role seeks a dedicated professional to serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, operating within the First and Second Level Support structure. Day-to-day tasks involve the acceptance, rigorous review, and processing of all incident reports. A core responsibility is the complete management of the telephone and ticketing systems, including tracking resolution progress and ensuring thorough documentation of all steps taken. Unresolved issues must be efficiently forwarded to Third Level Support. Additionally, the specialist will provide crucial support to customer projects by assisting with data cleaning initiatives and detailed error analysis. Candidates should possess a completed vocational training or a relevant degree in fields like IT, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics, combined with initial practical experience in system administration. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, certified Computer Scientist, or similar; OR Successfully completed degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics.
