Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key expert in second- and third-level IT support, focusing on maintaining the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and operating systems for various clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, analyzing, and resolving escalated incident reports, as well as the installation, configuration, and administration of servers and applications. The specialist will also be heavily involved in system administration tasks, backup procedures, system adjustments, and routine maintenance, serving as the crucial interface to the 2nd-Level Support team. Ideal candidates will possess a background in IT or a related technical field, deep experience in IT support and administration, and familiarity with database programming.
