Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Technical Building Services (TGA) Planner for a successful family-owned company specializing in developing climate-friendly, regenerative residential parks. The Planner will be responsible for the timely, cost-effective, and quality-assured planning of all project-independent TGA trades, forming the foundation for technical project work. Key duties include maintaining master tender documents, contributing to framework contract negotiations, and developing innovative technical detail solutions for TGA systems. The ideal candidate possesses a background in supply engineering (Versorgungstechnik), strong IT application skills (MS Office, CAD, AVA software), and excellent analytical and negotiation abilities, working within a structured, self-reliant, and team-oriented manner. This full-time position offers an attractive 4-day, 36-hour work week, flexibility, and the option for one day of remote work.
