Job Summary

This role involves planning and developing sustainable and innovative technical building equipment (TBE) solutions for residential construction projects across Germany. The TBE Planner will be responsible for managing all project-independent TBE trades, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution. Key tasks include maintaining and updating master tender documents, contributing to framework contract negotiations, and developing innovative technical detail solutions. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge in supply engineering, acquired through relevant academic study or professional certification, and strong IT application skills including CAD and AVA software.
