Manager Global R&D Digital Laboratories | Biologe (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role acts as the central point of contact for R&D employees, focusing on the introduction, development, and operational support of company-wide applications within the R&D sector. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with R&D process experts to identify digitalization potential in biotechnological, biochemical, and chemical environments. Key responsibilities include administrative tasks related to global R&D applications such as ELN, LIMS, and material inventory systems, including user support, change management, and system implementation. You will be responsible for providing application support to key users of these platforms, managing functional business processes, high-level data analysis, and driving change management. This position requires a background in pharmaceuticals, natural sciences, or computer science, coupled with experience in project management and handling complex digital R&D systems. This position is initially a two-year fixed-term contract.
