Job Summary

This role seeks an expert SAP HCM Consultant to serve as the primary IT specialist managing the company's SAP HCM system, including key modules like TM, PY, ESS, MSS, OM, PA, and Travel Management, along with crucial third-party interfaces. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing high-level consulting to the HR department, leading the analysis, conceptualization, and implementation of complex requirements, and managing external partners. A critical focus of the position is leading the transition and upgrade to SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4) and coordinating regular support package installations. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree (Business, HR Management, or IT) and possesses multi-year experience in SAP HCM customizing and project management.
