Job Summary

This role involves working as a Laboratory Technician or Technical Assistant within the Bioanalytics department of a leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) focused on biopharmaceuticals. The professional will be responsible for the execution, supervision, and review of various bioanalytical assays under strict GMP conditions. Key daily tasks include performing activity assays (ELISA and cell-based bioassays) for antibodies, enzymes, and other pharmaceutical proteins, as well as analyzing process-related impurities via ELISA and quantitative PCR. The position requires meticulous documentation of results compliant with GMP standards, participation in the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and managing laboratory equipment. Candidates must possess a scientific degree or relevant technical training (e.g., Biology/Chemistry Laboratory Technician) and demonstrate strong German and good English language skills, along with experience in bioassays and GMP-compliant analytics.
