Job Summary

Join a leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) focused on complex biopharmaceuticals, in this essential 2-year fixed-term role. You will be responsible for the supervision, execution, and review of various bioanalytical assays under strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) conditions. Key tasks include running activity assays (ELISA and cell-based bioassays) for therapeutic proteins, such as antibodies and enzymes, and analyzing process-related impurities using methods like ELISA and quantitative PCR (qPCR). A critical part of the job involves creating and contributing to regulatory documents, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all results are documented in a GMP-compliant manner, and handling laboratory investigations and deviations. The ideal candidate holds a scientific Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification and brings beneficial experience in ELISA, bioassays, cell culture, and Biacore. This position requires excellent German and good English skills, offering a meaningful contribution to life-saving medicine within a supportive team environment.
