Job Summary

This role is crucial for advancing medicine by ensuring the safety and quality of biopharmaceuticals. As a Microbiological Laboratory Technician, you will execute analytical microbiological testing according to international pharmacopeia standards (Ph. Eur./USP). Daily tasks include testing for microbial contamination using membrane filtration and plate casting, analyzing Mycoplasma and Bacterial Endotoxins (using kinetic-turbidimetric and Gel-Clot methods), and performing validation (suitability tests) for these methods. You will also test water quality and perform media sterility checks, documenting all results accurately in the LIMS system. The ideal candidate holds a relevant technical qualification (e.g., Laboratory Technician, CTA) and possesses strong documentation skills, with experience in GMP and/or cleanroom environments being highly desirable.
