Job Summary

This role involves driving biopharmaceutical innovation by joining a leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) focused on complex biopharma solutions. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for the independent preparation, execution, and detailed documentation of tasks related to Upstream Process Development. Key daily activities include working with CHO cell cultures across various scales, from shake flasks up to large Single-Use Bioreactor systems (50L, 200L), and specialized systems like AmbrHT. You will conduct daily sampling, perform critical analyses such as cell counting and gas/metabolite analysis, and ensure meticulous documentation (SOPs, lab records). The ideal candidate holds a natural science qualification or Bachelor's degree, possesses strong German and English skills, and is detail-oriented. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to life-saving medicine and engage in process optimization, including exploring Process Analytical Technology (PAT) applications.
