This role is for an experienced (Senior) Modern Workplace Consultant specializing in evolving and managing Windows Client Platforms, primarily utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune and Configuration Manager). The consultant will lead technical sub-projects in complex IT initiatives, focusing on strategic development, administration, and optimization of Windows 10/11 environments while adhering to current security and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex system landscapes, driving automation solutions using PowerShell, and leveraging AI for time-optimized task execution. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in system architectures, digital experience management (ideally Nexthink), and excellent analytical and communication skills, coupled with fluency in German and proficiency in English, to provide professional, customer-oriented consulting services.
