Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced professional to take on technical sub-project leadership and provide strategic consulting regarding clients' Windows Client Platforms. The primary focus is on designing, developing, and managing modern Windows 11 environments, ensuring stable operations from planning through deployment. Day-to-day tasks include managing and optimizing sophisticated enterprise-level client infrastructures utilizing key Microsoft tools such as Intune and Configuration Manager/Endpoint Manager. You will analyze customer-specific requirements, contribute to solution concepts and architectural decisions, and actively drive automation and strategic development of existing IT systems. Furthermore, the role involves leveraging tools like Nexthink to specifically enhance user experience and system performance, making deep expertise in the Windows Client Platform essential for success.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in IT or comparable technical training
Experience
- Multiple years of experience in managing and optimizing Windows Client infrastructures with Intune, SCCM/Configuration Manager/Endpoint Manager
- Experience with Digital Experience Management solutions (e.g., Nexthink) and software packaging (Ideally)

- Must maintain a professional and confident demeanor towards customers; High degree of personal responsibility and structured work approach; Flexibility to work remotely (home office/office) with occasional on-site customer visits if required.
