Job Summary

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to take disciplinary command of a 23-person Development & Operations team. The core responsibilities involve fostering a high-performance, motivated work environment, promoting self-organization, and driving continuous improvement using established agile frameworks like SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFe. Day-to-day activities include managing project proposals, overseeing the realization of complex software, automation, and Managed Services solutions for clients, and collaborating closely with the Technical Lead to advance modern platforms leveraging Cloud technologies and DevOps concepts. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics or equivalent, coupled with multi-year leadership experience and proven expertise in budget and cost control (P&L). This role is ideal for a communicative leader passionate about modern management who can strategically shape the future growth and innovation of the department.
