This role seeks an IT Field Service Technician to join a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management across Düsseldorf, Cologne, Aachen, or Leverkusen. The core responsibilities involve hands-on IT support, including relocating PC workstations, performing client installations, and troubleshooting issues primarily related to Windows 10 and MS Office environments. Day-to-day tasks also encompass repairing, connecting, retrieving, and replacing a wide range of IT hardware, such as laptops, smartphones, tablets, and desktops, ensuring data migration is handled correctly. The ideal candidate must have a completed professional IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or similar) and proven experience in system installation, maintenance, and administration.
