Job Summary
This leadership role involves spearheading organizational development and process management initiatives within the Konstanz District Administration. The Head of Section will be responsible for optimizing internal processes, establishing sustainable standards, and implementing cross-organizational concepts to ensure an efficient and future-proof administration. Key tasks include leading the Organizational Development section, managing multiple projects, coordinating resources, and further developing internal standards and methodologies. The role also involves building and advancing a sustainable, organization-wide process management system, moderating process modeling workshops, and providing expert consultation to management and staff on organizational and process-related issues. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Administration or Economics and possesses experience in project management and leadership, demonstrating strong communication skills and assertiveness.
Required Skills
Education
Civil service examination for the higher non-technical administrative service, certified administrative specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/in), or equivalent; Alternatively: Completed degree in Administration, Economics, or comparable field.
Experience
- Experience in project management and process management (Advantageous)
- Experience in personnel leadership (Advantageous)
- Professional experience in a structured and reliable working environment
