Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT technical support, focusing specifically on the maintenance and repair of printing and multifunctional devices. The IT Technician will be the primary technical contact for installations and troubleshooting, ensuring the timely resolution of hardware and software issues. Key responsibilities include executing repair tasks on printers, providing technical support for installed systems, optimizing product and service quality, and conducting customer training sessions. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification, such as an IT Systems Electronics Technician or IT Specialist for System Integration, and possesses practical experience with various printing and copying systems (e.g., HP, Canon, Xerox). Strong communication skills, a high degree of responsibility, and very good German language proficiency are required to succeed in this customer-facing support role.
