Job Summary

As a Development Engineer for Vehicle Electronics, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of on-board power supply systems and electronic components. Your daily activities involve managing projects from the prototype phase through to series production, which includes creating 2D circuit diagrams and bills of materials. You will take a lead role in technical requirements engineering at both system and software levels, while conducting rigorous release and development tests according to industry standards. Beyond design, you will perform troubleshooting and fault analysis to ensure system reliability. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or state-certified technician specializing in Automotive Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the development of vehicle electrical systems and assemblies
  • Experience in managing projects from prototype stage through to series production
  • Proven background in fault analysis and troubleshooting within electrical systems
  • Experience in creating technical specifications and requirements engineering
  • Practical experience using ECAD tools such as E3 or EPLAN
  • Experience in conducting release and development testing according to industry standards
