Job Summary
As an IT Technician at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the hands-on maintenance, repair, and installation of hardware systems with a specific focus on printing and multi-function devices. Your daily routine involves troubleshooting technical malfunctions, providing support for both hardware and software, and ensuring the continuous optimization of service quality. You will act as a key technical point of contact for clients, delivering professional product briefings and status reports. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training, such as IT Systems Electronic Technician or IT Specialist for System Integration.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT technical support and hardware repair
- Practical experience with printing and copying systems (e.g., HP, Canon, Samsung, Kyocera, Lexmark, or Xerox) is highly desirable
- Proven track record in customer communication and service delivery
- Experience in fault clearance and installation of IT hardware

- Valid driver's license may be required for on-site customer visits; high level of flexibility and willingness to travel locally to client sites.
