This role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge educational services for the German Pension Insurance Federation (DRV Bund), a major educational provider in the social security sector. Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Adult Education, HR Development, Psychology) or equivalent vocational training combined with extensive experience. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Diplom-FH) in Social Security, Adult Education, Human Resources or Organizational Development, or Psychology; OR equivalent qualification; OR completed commercial or administration-oriented vocational training combined with several years of professional experience in vocational training/HR/Organizational Development.

Experience
