Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT Technician to join an established industrial company in Nünchritz, focusing on the maintenance and support of client workstations and peripheral devices within Windows and iOS environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving technical faults, performing basic software installations and assignments, and providing 2nd Level Support for Windows clients, iOS devices, and printers. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and IP telephony) and initial experience in networking, particularly switching and patch distribution.
