Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT Technician specializing in Onsite Support to join a leading technology service provider in Munich, focusing on comprehensive IT product lifecycle services for major industrial clients across Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing service point inventory on the customer campus, provisioning and distributing loaner notebooks, coordinating appointments, providing telephone support for mobile rollout projects, and assisting the central service point with hardware distribution (e.g., headphones, conference phones). The ideal candidate should have a completed vocational training in the IT field, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, possess knowledge of mobile device hardware (iPhones, iPads), PCs, and notebooks, and hold a Class B driver's license. This position offers a long-term perspective with specialization opportunities, regulated working hours, and the option for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
