Job Summary

This remote role seeks a dedicated IT Expert specializing in Service Management and ISO 20000 standards to support a company serving major German industrial clients, including automotive manufacturers and chemical groups. The primary focus is on independently managing and executing projects designed to achieve critical certifications, such as ISO 20000 and C5. You will be integral to the staff unit responsible for Information Security, Data Protection, Quality, and Contract Management, providing essential support across various certification standards including ISO 27001, TISAX, ISAE, and C5. The ideal candidate must have a technical background, specialized training in information security management, and proven practical experience in auditing and certification according to ISO 20000 and ISO 27001.
