Job Summary

This role as an IT Service Technician Operator involves the critical, continuous monitoring and maintenance of selected IT systems and applications within an international work environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include promptly reacting to security incidents, quickly identifying warnings and system errors, and immediately isolating disruptions to minimize impact. You will also support specialist departments by managing routine IT tasks and ensuring thorough documentation of operating processes, including the qualification, classification, and prioritization of IT documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in the IT field, strong customer and solution orientation, and foundational knowledge of IT Operations and ITIL practices.
