Job Summary
This role involves managing and optimizing IT services for an IT company specializing in IT services and security solutions, transitioning from traditional workstations to modern cloud-based solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with specialist departments on current contracts, optimizing and adjusting the service portfolio based on needs, and developing and expanding existing process landscapes. A key focus is establishing a Service Desk based on ITIL principles, continuous optimization of IT service processes, and managing service level agreements. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), professional experience in project execution, strong IT knowledge in infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Windows Client/Server), and excellent communication skills. An ITIL certification and experience in tendering IT services or hardware/software are highly desirable. This position offers an unlimited contract, flexible working hours, the option for remote work, and opportunities for further training.
