Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Field Service Technician for a nationwide service provider, primarily focusing on supporting network environments in the Langenfeld (Rhineland) region. The technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle of client systems, including installing new notebooks and PCs, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software errors, performing data recovery, and planning/executing hardware replacements. A key component of the job is providing on-site Second Level Support for client and printing systems, actively participating in rollouts, and managing warranty processes. Candidates need a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent experience), practical experience with hardware commissioning, and a customer-focused approach to consulting and support.
