Job Summary
This role seeks a proactive and dynamic leader to join a growing and demanding work environment in Neckarsulm. As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be crucial in maintaining customer relationships, managing contracts, and overseeing all aspects of escalation management. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the IT Service Team, both technically and disciplinarily, acting as the central interface for clients, leading customer and project meetings, and ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT or a similar technical field, coupled with practical experience in service desk steering, remote support, and managing ticketing systems. Experience with established service concepts and processes is required, and knowledge of procurement, installation, and network management is a plus.
