Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated First Level Support Specialist to provide essential onsite IT support in Munich East. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing VIP support, performing detailed problem analysis and resolution for existing installations, and managing media technology and print services issues. The specialist will also be responsible for executing software rollouts and updates. Candidates should possess completed vocational training in an IT-related field, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Service Technician, or a comparable qualification, and demonstrate initial practical experience in onsite customer support. Key technical skills required include strong knowledge of Windows 7 and 10 operating systems, mobile device handling, and printer management. This full-time position offers a permanent contract option following an initial temporary placement, an attractive annual salary up to €38,000, and excellent public transport links, with no weekend work required.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, or comparable support experience.
