Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future of drug development by serving as the CMC subteam lead for biological development projects, steering their scientific direction, and driving innovation through technology and continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Scientist will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge analytical methods and concepts, assessing scientific results, and preparing accurate reports to support critical decision-making processes. A key focus is ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality results for developmental drugs, maximizing patient benefits. The position requires a PhD in Chemistry, Biology, or related Life Sciences with several years of pharmaceutical industry experience, or a Master's degree with longstanding experience, coupled with expertise in chromatographic and electrophoretic techniques, and familiarity with GMP environments. The role is based in a new, state-of-the-art Biologicals Development Center, fostering close collaboration across bioprocess and pharmaceutical development teams.
